Outdoor Setups (Was Re: Greetings)
Scott, I think you might have razzed up some “conservationists!” I guess a lot of people on the forum don’t really know you as well as Vickie and I and can’t appreciate your sense of humor…:) Regarding deterrents, I’ve got the fence and the dog – didn’t work. They managed to climb the fence and well, the dog was sleeping inside that night. Anyway, he’s a wee bit on the small side and probably wouldn’t have fared well against a band of racoons! I’ve also got the sardines but the last time a friend of mine tried that pipe thing, he ended up chasing the buggars only to have them stop in midflight, turn around, hiss and spit and let’s just say he wasn’t the one doing the chasing after that!
