Bob, That’s what this whole group is all about isn’t it – to try to promote captive propagation of dbts. There are a lot of commercial guys out there that seem to only be in it for the money so I’m grateful to know guys like Rick and Gary who breed out of their passion for chelonia. Like you, I’ve also envisioned a classifieds section as well as a database of breeders and possibly joint breeding programs in the future. That’s too bad you haven’t been able to see any on your forays to Tampa Bay. I’m genuinely curious as to how physically diversified the population is there and what kind of habitats hatchlings live in. Stay dry. – Chun
