I don’t spray the eggs until around the time I expect them to hatch and that is to prompt them into hatching. I add a few drops of water around the eggs once in a while towards the end of incubation if the medium they are resting in seems to be drying. I don’t know what the humidity should be, I just keep water in the bottom areas the incubator meant for that purpose.I don’t open the lids on the container the eggs are in very often, just a brief moment to allow fresh air in.
