I’ve heard that extremely high incubation temperatures in herps like leopard geckoes can cause high aggression in the hatchlings. I wonder if this might apply to chelonia as well. Mine are all very docile except when eating – the only times I’ve ever been bitten is during feeding time when one of them mistakes my fingers for food; ouch! Although sometimes I have to watch my other digits too when I wade in the pond for maintenance reasons!LOL – Chun P.S. Rick, glad someone appreciated the two-headed dbt pic. BTW, have you ever seen two-headed chelonia before?
