Oh, yeah, now I know what you’re talking about. They have them at the Brenham store. I measured them and thought of ways of stacking them, especially for tortoise hatchlings. But those metal legs just aren’t quite attractive enough for apartment decor. I thought it was interesting, though, that you can buy the whole livestock feeder including metal legs for less than the mason mixing tubs alone. I gave some thought to just chucking the legs, too. The plastic trough does have several holes in the bottom, though, to allow water to drain out of the feed, although those could be patched easily. I think the feeder plastic is a little thinner than the mason mixing tubs, which might be a short fall. Thanks for all the detective work tonight, Robin! Todd day wrote:
