mating question???????????????

I haven’t been on the list for awhile. Anyway, I’ve had to keep my female separated from my male, becausae she won’t leave him alone. She’s constantly biting him. Well the other night I dropped him in her tank. It’s been 9 months since they were in the same tank. She allowed him to touch his head to hers. I assume since she didn’t resist, he knew to go around and mount her. He did. Here’s the background info on the pair. The male was bought of of Dale out of Arizona as an adult. The female was bought from NERD in January of 2000. She was the size of a quarter. Now she’s 16 cm. Finally my question is, is she sexually mature? My readings from field guides has the sexual maturity being 7 years. Answers greatly appreciated, JC
