I was wondering what kind of aquatic plants would live in water of slight salinity (1.012) and where I could get them. Or should I just get silk plants? My friend has an RES who seems to chew up plants all the time, so she stopped keeping them in her tank. Btw, what kind of lights do you guys use? I’m thinking of getting a ReptiSun 5.0 once I get a new light strip fixture. We’re keeping the old heating lamp. Also, since I just got a bigger tank for my turtle to live in, I’m purchasing a Fluval 4 to accompany my Fluval 2 (Big Al’s is great savings!). I’m considering getting another DBT. The one I have now is a female DBT with a 4.5/5 inch long carapace. That was about the size I got her when she was saved from the Chinatown market, so its probably an adult. Would it be safe to house juveniles with her or should I just get another adult (male?). — – Chun Min Shen “We must learn to live together as brothers,

You can certainly use silk plants but anacharis can be acclimated to live in salt water. I use to have a bookmark of brackish plants, but I cannot seem to find it now. Ah, wait, here it is: http://www.assateague.com/pl-fresh.html The ReptiSun 5.0s are excellent lights. Also, you can keep turtles together of similar sizes, it is the personalities you have to keep an eye on. All of mine love the company of each other. At 06:59 PM 09/28/2003 -0400, you wrote:
