I have one northern that was captive bred and is now 4″ long , still can’t be certain as to the sex but is seems to be female , also there is one centrata that is also captive bred and is 2 1/2″ unsexable , and finally two adult northerns that I got six months back that came to me with swollen left reat knee’s , they are now eating and using all their legs and the swelling is almost completely gone , the one is overall dark and 10″ the other has a mostly white face and 8″ but has developed some rot on the carapace but is healing and will take some time , they have been kept in salt water a bit higher than 1.017 and this has stopped the rot , they are both in the process of sheading scutes . It is not that they are ill or past hope , i have to cut down on what I have here , mostly I am dealing with sidenecks and want to stay focused on them and I need the space , the captive bred northern and centrata are in great shape , all the turtles eat and have all their toes and nails and tails . All are for the cost of shipping only and I will ship them for the cost of shipping only and only to those really interested in them as breeders or pets and only if you are serious , I am located in southern calif in hollywood , anyone that is in this area or nearby I can meet you part way , they really need a good home and are great turtles .
