i just got my diamondback terrapin checked out at the vet where i work and the dr. said that he had metabolic bone disease.he believes it is not a current problem but may have existed for his entire life.what can i do to ensure that this disease advances no further.thank you all for answering ahead of time.since i have joined this group you have all been so wonderful,and my turtle beavis thanks you as well im sure.by the way he is 11 years old if that helps.
