OT – Woods turtle Craigslist

I found this listing on craigslist: http://delaware.craigslist.org/pet/837204107.html I know in Maryland the woods are treated the same as DBTs, you need to be able to prove you didn’t take it from the wild. I feel really sorry for the turtle in what looks to be a 10 gal tank but am afraid to act for fear of getting in trouble with the turtle police. I do have a Captive Reptile and Amphibian permit but I only listed DBTs when I applied. I assume I could add woods to that without too much trouble but I doubt that “I bought it off Craigslist” would be sufficient proof of purchase. Anyone have any experience in this area? Sorry if you are seeing this post repeated as I did post it on another forum as well. Marti
