drinking water question

know i was told this before. i am sorry i lost the post. i keep my 4″ DBT in brackish setup. she has been stressing out when i take her out of her tank to eat. (probably because shes been dry docked in the past right after eatting) she wants nothing to do with eatting in another tub but loves to eat in her tank. my question is how often does she have to be put in fresh water to drink? is it good to let her walk around the room at all? she likes it but it seems to stress her also because she just tries to climb the wall. but when i put her back in her tank, she is mad. i dont know if i should take her out or not. thank you again..
