Help with injured turtle

Hi everyone, My diamondback was recently injured by another turtle. I am currently not at home, but a family member reported to me that my male dbt had his penis out and another turtle bit it. Right after this occurred, my dbt was bleeding a little bit and he retracted the penis. he is obviously in pain as he keeps on trying to scratch it and according to my sister the tail region appears a little swollen.
