The New York Turtle and Tortoise Society announces SEMINAR 2006 _____________________________________________________________________ Seminar 2006 is dedicated to John L. Behler, Long-time Curator of Herpetology for the Wildlife Conservation Society. _____________________________________________________________________ Saturday, March 18, 2006 Registration 9:30 a.m.; Sessions 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. The Kaufman Theater, American Museum of Natural History 79th at Central Park West, New York City (Enter through security entrance on Central Park West.) The New York Turtle and Tortoise Society’s nineteenth Annual Seminar will be a full-day event, featuring four presentations. The fee for the day, which includes lunch at the Museum Food Court, is $40 per person AND $20 FOR STUDENTS WITH ID–if you pre-register by March 11, 2006. The fee at the door for all will be $50 per person. _____________________________________________________________________ Seminar 2006 is dedicated to John L. Behler, Long-time Curator of Herpetology for the Wildlife Conservation Society, to be honored John Behler was inveterate turtle conservationist and friend to the New York Turtle and Tortoise Society will be honored at the Society’s Seminar 2006. John passed away January 31st. A period of time will be put aside during the Seminar for the showing of slides and personal tributes in his honor. The presentation will be given probably right before the 3rd presentation. We are sorry we can’t give an exact time.
