Basking Area

Hello DBT lovers, I am a first time turtle keeper and my DBT’s is about 1.5 yrs old and is female (i’m pretty sure). I recently purchased a 125 gallon tank and am working on setting it up. The problem that I am hoping to receive advise on is the land area. At this point I have constructed a plexiglass box and I have tested it in the tank for 1 week, and it is leak free. My plan is to fill the box with crushed bricks and an organic soil blend of peet moss, sand, and compost. I am trying to figure out a way to suspend the box, leaving most of the area under it for swimming. Does anyone have an idea that is natural looking? I found some bricks that may work, but they are heavy and my tank looks like a construction site (which it is). Any suggestions, other that glued on rocks, that would make the box look more natural would be appreciated as well. Thanks for your time! -Jason Mullenix Albuquerque, NM Student, Bartender
