    I have read that VA bans the commercial taking of terrapins. However, I can’t find a citation backing this up. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks! Tom Talk is cheap. Use Yahoo! Messenger to make PC-to-Phone calls. Great rates starting at 1_/min.
