Skin and Chin

I moved for a new job last year and had to send my DBTs to stay with a friend who also has DBTs. I just got them back this past weekend. They were in tupperware containers for about 3 days. A couple of questions. The first is this pink mark on the skin. I have never seen that on any of my DBTs.
