documentary on the diamondback terrapin

As mentioned in my introduction post, I am in the very early pre- productions stages of a documentary on the complete story of the diamondback terrapin. Their history and future are so rich, and so critical as an example of the human impact on wildlife and the environment in general. Since turtles have always been one of my greatest passions, I feel this would be the right angle for this nature documentary I’ve been gearing up to do. I am just trying to make my initial contacts as I begin my research so I can do this thing right. The wealth of knowledge here is astounding and I am truly grateful to now be a part of this group. For those of you who are interested, please send me your contact info so I can start pulling together a database that I can use to help out, have as references, or other resources I may need. I hope to use this film for educational purposes and if all goes well, it may even get it played on some larger venues.
