The NeoTerrapin website recorded an interview with the Terrapin Institute back in 2004. The 15 questions produced over 6,000 words. As riveting as the interview is for some, I don’t expect everyone to read this in its entirety. However, please note Question 15 regarding the reference to the MATTS and the 2002 Maryland law change for the breeding of turtles.
