Sounds as if she might have gas… this woudl cause great discomfort ( we all know that! :)) and cause her to float unevenly… She might also be eatign the water leattuce to get fibre to help her pass her gas… And xray would show if she has gas, or a sort of intestinal blockage. Julie Rowena Tan wrote:
