I am so sorry to hear that others have been having the same problem that I have had. My last order took months to arrive and I was OK with that. I truly thought they were worth waiting for. Originally I ordered 2 bulbs. What I received was one bulb and one reptile heater bulb. Attempts to correct this have gone unanswered. I would like to hear from some of you who have the uv testers. What is a good second coice? Thankfully summer is here and the terps can go outside. Marti
