Foaming at the mouth

I just noticed (for the first time ever) one of my 4 DBT’s who was basking, has foam on both sides of his mouth (at the back where it hinges). Is this a problem I need to worry about? None of the others are doing it and they all appear to be otherwise healthy and eat very well. These turtles are all 1 year old captive breds. I’ve had them since they hatched. I’m leaving tomorrow morning for 3 days… if there is something I need to do immediately, please let me know ASAP. Thanks
