shedding skin/basking

I don’t think you have anything to worry about. Sounds very, very normal to me! When mine were younger (or even now), if they end up basking for just an hour a day, I was happy! That’s plenty long to dry out real good as long as you’ve got a nice basking area where they can get their entire body out of the water (including their legs and feet).
