Feeding female Texas Diamondbacks
DBTerrapin / Forums / Feeding female Texas Diamondbacks
I recieved a large Texas female a couple of days ago. I have her in a 1000 gallon outdoor pond all by herself. I put salt in the pond to create a brackish set-up. She doesn’t seem to be scared of people. My question is, what do y’all reccommend that I try to feed her? I caught some sunfish today, sliced them up and tried these but she didn’t touch them. I also tried some super worms the other day. I plan to try shrimp and rosy reds in the future. Has anybody here had similar problems with feeding? I appreciate any advice. Also, for those of you that have acclimated wild caughts, how much salt to you put in the tank? thanks, Jason __________________________________________________ Terrorist Attacks on U.S. – How can you help?
