O.K. They’re all coming from the same source in New Orleans then (actually from out in the Gulf from the shrimpers). Scott – thanks for the id. How do these Louisiana pileata or pileata intergrades compare to those farther east? Are there pileata with light skin or are they pretty much all dark as suggested in the standard references?
