I kept goldfish in a tank with (the only) wild caught adult female I have and she eagerly devoured them all in minutes – what a mess! Another keeper told me that his dbts ate lots of live minnows. I’ve thrown goldfish in my tanks (occasionally) of captive born young dbts that have been raised on pellets, and the goldfish all disappear over a few days. -Rick mikecyterski@… wrote:
