Since we also have a cruddy filter, something called Dive Clean (that gets dirty in a day or two), I was also looking into the AquaClear. So if I bought an Aquaclear from a place like Thatpetplace.com, would buying the $21.99 filter be enough to get up and running? Is all of the necesary stuff included or do I need to buy some additional little accoutrements (sp)? The pet store recommended that we get the filter that we have, but I’m not sure they know much at all since they thought our DBT was a tortoise and the other pet store called her a box turtle. Rowena
