As for as feeding and tank setups they don’t really vary that much between subspecies. I know most people don’t give their ornates a true hibernation period, because they come from Florida and doesn’t as cold as where the Northern terrapins live. I would imagine that they would adapt and hibernate the same as your other terrapins. Jonathan The Scute Moderator
