Morre questions Re: Terrapin eggs OK, the eggs are buried under about 6 inches of soil. Is this too much for them to dig through if they hatch? How will I know when they hatch, will they dig out right away? Then……..if they do hatch should I put them in a tank with a water land mix? I have heard the gestation period is both 2 months and 3 months, which one is correct? Thank you for your replies — Macrospilota
