While I doubt we can ever make it definitive to everyone’s satisfaction, it’d sure be a lot of fun to try. I just like seeing all of the variations, regardless of whether they can be pinned down with certainty. I’m still very interested in what factors may influence natural selection for the variations that those who have observed dbts in the wild indicate can sometimes be used to identify very specific local populations.
