My two littoralis hatchlings have light gray, nearly white heads with black speckles and a black triangle on top, like many northerns (but not like whiteheaded screamers with teardrops!). The larger one (looks like a female) has light scute centers resembling macrospilota (but not quite). Both have very definite balls on the shell ridge as per littoralis, but there is a possibility of some macro crossing, so I won’t say these two are true littoralis. Sorry, still no pics available.
