Thanks Alex, I have seen “chicken wire” or other weld wire used as a cannopy at night or when the ponds are unattended. The mesh is then attached to the shock controller and is also anchored down. This can be plugged in and unplugged when needed. Dogs, cats, and kids learn quickly but Procyon (Thanks again) are very persistent, hense anchor it down. I set up one such as this for a small goldfish pond and as a garbage can shield. A 110V has also been done for stubborn dogs. I assume this would do for the raccoons as well.
