That’s sad.I don’t know about your area but in my area there are some good petstores. Not all are good but the ones that are provide info and actually care about the animals. If we took your attitude we would order everything over the internet and the independent businessman would be extinct. I know you can find it cheaper on the internet but look at the long range picture. The internet should be a nice supplement to our life but not our main focus! Take care, Tom
