We’re in Iowa. Unfortunately, he is the only reptile vet for at least an hour’s drive–I called all the vets in the phone book. Iowa State has a great veterinary school but that’s 2 hours away. I’m going to check the files for this egroup and perhaps I’ll find another. She’s still alive but doesn’t move much at all. Now her eyes are cloudy and her nose is bubbly, too. I dread checking on her because I’m afraid I’ll find her in a state that I can’t bear to see. Wow–I wasn’t this torn up when my cat died…and my cat was 13 years old. Rowena
