Joe, It always excites me to hear of new people interested in diamondbacks. The tank sounds great, but could you post the dimensions so we can get a better feel for the water area? I would personally perfer to keep them in a slightly smaller tank (10 gallons)until they are eating very strong, which should only take a couple of weeks. But when I had thirdy hatchlings back in March I kept them all in one 70 gallon tank, I just kept the water level low for the first couple of weeks.
