Hi Guys, Sadly since I’m going to Medical School in the fall I am cutting back on my collection of turtles. I am selling all my hatchlings that I have bought within the last year. Up for Sale is a beautiful August ’04 Texas dark phase BDT hatchling. He is a probable male. He is over 1.5 inches long, has a wonderful plastaron and carapace. He eats anything and everything! He is growing nicely, wonderful scutes, ect. I bought him from Troy on Kingsnake so you know he comes from quyality stock. He has never been sick, always been healthy and active. I have lots of pictures, if anyone is interested. Just email me at sax051790@… He is priced at $50,(but this is negotable because I really need to get him out because I am moving at the end of May!) Shipping is USPS overnight or Priority, your choice. Although there is a Guarentee for Over Night only. Email me with any questions. Thanks!!! Matt

Hi Brain, I have information on how to sex dbts on my website. In the Breeding Info section under Sexing. Hissing has nothing to do with the sex, it is a defense mechanism. When they pull their head and legs in their shell it pushes out some of the air in their lungs.
