Air pump and airstone?

Should I invest in one? My filter is a Magnum 350, and I don’t have any biowheel so there’s no waterfall effect. Should I thus buy an air pump and stick in an airstone to aerate the water? If so, any equipment recommendations? My tank is 75 gals.
