Baby Diamondback not growing?!?!??!

My baby Texas Diamondback Terrapin was born in August. He was an inch when I got him and now he’s 1.5 inches. Is this normal? Shouldn’t he be bigger than this? I use a Reptisun 5.0 bulb I think. I feed him reptomin shrimp every day. He LOVES this stuff. He won’t eat anything but the shrimp. I change the water every day and sometimes every other day. The water stays around 80 degrees. So does anyone know if this is a normal size for him? Sorry, I’m paranoid. 😉 ~Candace~
