Night crawlers (earthworms) would be found at a bait shop (fishing) or an aquarium type tropical fish store. If there’s no pesticide in your yard you might dig them up…I also feed mine frozen sardines (no oil or additives) just plain frozen fish..I don’t remember how you got this little one, if you’ve only had him a short while he could still be stressed out. Is your set up correct as far as heat, filter, basking platform and light? Is the water clean? There’s so many reasons why he’s not eating.
