Got a new question. I have a really cool piece of driftwood that I want to use for a basking platform in my diamondback terrapin tank. I’ve cleaned it all up and baked it to kill bugs and things, but it was in a fire, and the underneath part that would be in the water has a fair amount of black charcoal, though I’ve knocked the loose stuff off. Will that poison the water for the turtles? Cindy
