Question 1: Can the claws of a dbt be trimmed at the ends. The claws on my one-year old male dbt have become very long and he has gouged my hand a few times. I don’t want to trim them if their nerves go all the way into the tips of the nails. Question 2: My dbt loves to sit on my chest and put his head on my chin. Sometimes he opens his mouth and when he closes it, he makes a sound. On one occasion, he did this about a dozen times. It is almost as if he is trying to talk. Has anyone had a similar experience?
