Hi! I have four beautiful centrata’s that I am going to be selling. Three (one female and two males) are two years old. The fourth (female) is 11 months old. Two (the oldest female and one male) are marked exactly like the terrapin photo on this website just under the words Terrapin Genus. The smaller female is marked with the same style pattern except in shades of brown instead of green on her carapace. The second male is almost black with a light tan between the scutes and almost patternless. They have been tank raised indoors (since they were the size of quarters) with the plan of putting them outside in my 25 ft. pond which is filled with plants, a turtle island, and koi. However, the terrapins don’t want to stay in the pond and keep getting out (from where I’m not sure) and don’t return. I am finding them hidden in the yard and fear something could happen to them. For their own safety I need to sell them to someone that is better equipped to care for them. I live in the San Fernando Valley in California. If anyone is interested please get in touch with me. Sincerely Carol Silver
