Hey all I got my two dbts today and sometimes when there eating they sometimes nip at each other, anyone else have this problem if they have more then one dbt in there tank? Sometimes there on top on each other just resting and always by each other, but when there is some food around they sometimes go after each other. Start your day with Yahoo! – make it your home page

This is very common. Put some plastic floating plants in their tank if you feed them in there. Should help some. You must have gotten them from one of the breeders on the group if they’re eating for you on the first day! -Chun — In diamondbackterrapins@yahoogroups.com, chris ziobro

Due to drastic changes in my living situation I am being forced to give up my turtles. I have a 1 year old Texan DBT. I am asking $100 for this guy. I also have a 1.5 year old Peninsular Cooter. I am asking $30 for him. Also, I am selling their entire setup. It’s a 75 gallon tank with an Eheim 2215 cannister filter (135 gph), mercury vapor bulb, underwater heater, and many other assecories. I am asking $300 for this setup. I will sell the entire setup plus both turtles for $400. I am willing to ship the turtles for $35 but the setup is local pickup only. I’m in the Denver area. Here are some links to pictures of these items: Tank: http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/pp_classifieds/showproduct.php?product=7895&sort=1&cat=500&page=1 DBT: http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/pp_classifieds/showproduct.php?product=7893&sort=1&cat=500&page=1 Cooter: http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/pp_classifieds/showproduct.php?product=7894&sort=1&cat=500&page=1 Thanks!
