The Terrapin Institute (“TI”) (http://www.terrapininstitute.org <http://www.terrapininstitute.org/ meeting to discuss and prepare written comments to Maryland DNR with respect to DNR's draft of Emergency and Permanent Regulations attached hereto. DNR presented the attached regulations to representatives of the TI on Wednesday, May 31, 2006 and allowed a one week period for comments to be received by its office. The meeting to discuss the regulations will occur at 6 pm on Sunday, June 4, 2006, at 4800 Atwell Road, Shady Side, Maryland 20764 at The Terrapin Institute. Additional information will be posted on the above referenced web site and forwarded via email asap. If you would like to submit written comments, please do so at my email address below before noon on Sunday, if at all possible. Please pass this on to any potentially interested person.
