feeder fish

I have never heard of mercury being a problem in feeder fish. Gold fish are treated with copper that does get absorbed and builds up in the liver. I am not aware that copper is used on rosy minnows, but I may be out of date, It has been years (thank god) since I worked in the pet industry. I don’t feed gold fish to any of my pets. But I thought rosy minnows were ok. Any else have information that I’ve missed? R
