Hello All! My new baby is such a delight! I have named him/her, Marici (meaning- “near the sea”). Marici is active, social, and seems quite happy. He is eating very well now, small Silverbacks, live feeder fish, and an occasional pellet. I am still trying to get him over to 75% pelleted food. How often should I be feeding him? He always seems hungry, but I don’t want to overfeed. I would think that poss he’ll need a bit more of the fresh/frozen fish than the commercial pellets b/c the fish are pretty much pure protein v.s.carbs/protein. This, of course, could be a totally wrong assumption. If anyone has any help or suggestions please let me know. Thanks so much! -DanaDana N. Mixa, R.V.T. Yahoo! Hi Dana. I live in Sugar Land. I havent heard often of folks finding DBTs so close to Houston. Is this the first time for you finding them at the penninsula ? I would love to see them in the wild. Bob Whittier — Dana Mixa http://farechase.yahoo.com
