Female Northern w/horrible shellrot

Hi everyone. I have a female northern diamondback with pretty bad shelrot: what is the best way to cure this? I know I’ll have to take her out of the pond and put her inside,(she won’t be happy about that) but whatevers best. What should I put on it as well? Please help, thank thank you. Mike
