Hello everyone, i want to use live plants in my db tank and was wondering about substrates. i don’t want anything complicated, just some vegitation for the tank to increase the natural look. an few questions…1) what plants are recommended for a brackish tank, that can take a little abuse at first and don’t mind being replanted? i don’t want floating plants. 2) i thought about using some florite for a substrate, along with the coral bedding and sand that i have in there right now, has anyone experienced problems with florite 3) my db likes to chomp on the coral bedding in the tank. she doesn’t eat it, but none-the-less bites at it, will it hurt her to chomp on the florite? any advice would be wonderful. thanks again–Lindsay
