I am trying to find out how common very white northern’s are and how much do they usually run. If you know please get back to me, and if u know any breeders let me know as well. Thanks in advance, Isaac
Hi Isaac, Very white or bone white skin on Northerns are not that common. Most Northerns, even the really nice looking “Chesapeake” phased, have light gray to a dirty white colored skin. Centratas are more likely to have very white skin. I have seen a lot of wild caught Northerns for sale recently but if this is your first try at dbts I would strongly suggest getting a captive born one. C.B. Concentric phased Centrata hatchlings normally go for $100 to $150. I produce a small handful a year but I have a pretty long waiting list for my 2004 Concentrics right now and I don’t know how many my females will produce this. The chances of getting one this year from me are fairly small unless you are on my waiting list already. Thanks Jonathan http://www.diamondbackterrapin.com plagueguitarist
