How many dbt?

I just set up a 300 stock with a basking site beside the tank. water level is high. 26w uv, mag 12 pond pump going to a home made filter with poly-pads and floss. How many adult dbt could I put in this tank. I currently have one 7 inch northern that I put in there today. I have about 4 more cb adults coming within the next week. 1 male 4 females total. Am I asking for trouble? This is my first post, Hello everyone!
Sounds like one very happy male…… but I have one large adult female and I am looking at her size and I dunno about that many females in a 300 gallon….. I’ll sit back and see what others say on here… I mostly have males. Make sure that basking site is also doubled as a nesting site because if those females are breeding age and size which that 7″ one might be you might be looking at eggs. Michaela
One more thing if those terrapins haven’t met before they need to be quarantined from each other for a few months to make sure they aren’t carrying anything…… unless you got them from a reliable source such as one of the breeders on this group. But even still they can catch RI on the way to your door too. Just a thought. Michaela
It is set up for a nesting site. 1.3 from a backyard freshwater pond. Ive had my current female for a month. Ill try send pics of set up. From: michaela_mullen
