I hope someone here can help my turtle. I adpoted it a month ago, along with another terrapin, and he has some discoloring on his shell. I am not sure what it is (i.e. shell rot, soft shell or just shell regrowth) but I want to treat it quickly if it is bad. It is in a small area near that back right portion of it’s shell. It’s greyish-silver. I am going to post a photo for you guys to see what I am talking about. But some things you should know is that it is a hatchling, lives in a clean 20 gallon tank with filtration, UV light and a basking lamp. He is just starting to eat the pellets, but loves bloodworms. The water temp is 80 degrees and the basking float is around 85-90 dgrees. Any insights you can give would be greatly appreciated. I will go post the picture now. Thanks!
